The Blackmer® Customer Care Team is available to assist Blackmer distributors. The Customer Care team responds to general distributor questions such as order status, expediting & availability, return material authorization (RMA) and credit.
For distributors placing orders with Blackmer, please use the PSG-ePortal. The PSG-ePortal is our distributor self-service order management system to submit and track all your Blackmer orders. Distributors can log into the PSG-ePortal here, if you require additional training or want to learn more, visit the Distributor Portal or email email@example.com.
