Peace of Mind Inspection

All CRYO-MACH Series Pumps undergo a rigorous, multi-step inspection process before leaving the facility. Using advanced software modeling, experts perform on-site performance testing to verify key parameters such as head, flow rate, NPSH, voltage, and amperage, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability.

  • 100% inspection for dimensional and spring rate conformance ensures the longest-lasting seals in the industry
  • 100% inspection utilizing coordinate measuring technology (CMM) to ensure parts meet specified dimensions and tolerances
  • 100% cleaned for oxygen service per customer and relevant ASTM standards to help ensure quality and safety

Tests and cleaning are performed per standard in-house procedures and can be witnessed by the customer if required.

Options & Accessories

Cryogenic Seals

Cryogenic Seals

We offer many mechanical seal options as well as non-contacting and labyrinth seals, tailored to our customers’ specific needs. All of our seal models are manufactured by a select group of highly skilled machinists, using only certified materials. They are 100% inspected by our CMM procedure, and the bellows are 100% pressure tested to ensure no leakage. Our options that utilize a carbon seal face are 100% inspected with the latest light-band technology.

insulation-plates

Insulation Plates and Accessories

Many applications require the use of an insulation plate (also known as a cold shield), and we have developed a wide range of configurations to suit our complete line of pumps. We provide custom cold shields and orifice plates, along with a comprehensive selection of non-OEM pump accessories. Our offerings include flex hoses, RTDs, motor bearing heaters, suction strainers, and more.

Panels

Panels

Our panels incorporate the latest in flo-wmeter and fitting technologies, incorporating everything from mechanical to labyrinth seal arrangements and various configurations in between. Designed to meet evolving application needs, they are the result of valuable input and insights from our customers.
