Frame S Centrifugal Pumps

The Frame S Centrifugal Pump is the heavy duty alternative to standard small frame pumps which can easily become overstressed when operated off the best efficiency point of its performance curve. The Frame S Centrifugal Pump provides mid-frame strength and reliability in small frame space. It can be installed in the same space, on the same baseplate, and with the same piping as conventional small frame pumps, and is available in four different sizes.

    alignment of motor and power end without special tools or excessive labor
  • Right or left side discharge is possible with optional special foot
  • Heavy-duty construction and low stiffness ratios on shafts
  • Prevents common vibration damage and improves seal life
  • Short shaft overhand reduces bearing load to extend bearing life
  • Oversized heavy duty bearings provide greater load capacity and extend bearing
  • Frame S offers an optional bearing frame foot with overhung casing

Performance Assurance

Five Year Power End Performance Assurance

Should any Blackmer Centrifugal Power End component fail within 5 years of the original installation, including bearings or shafts that have fractured, a free replacement component will be provided. This offer is limited to a claim for one of each component per power end.*

One Year Mechanical Seal Performance Assurance

Should any factory supplied and installed mechanical seal fail within one year after the sale of the pump and seal, a spare parts kit (with materials the same as the original seal) will be provided at no charge. Limit of one seal claim per application.*
