Troubleshooting Guide Accu-Flo™ Air Distribution System (ADS)

The following information guide will help troubleshoot Wilden® Accu-Flo™ Air Distribution Systems (ADS) on Air-Operated Double-Diaphragm (AODD) Pumps:

Accu-Flo ADS Troubleshooting Guide

  • Pump will not run.

  • Pump runs but little or no fluid comes out.

  • Pump air passages are blocked with ice.

  • Air bubbles present in pump discharge.

  • Product comes out air exhaust.

  • Pump rattles.

  • Solenoid buzzes or solenoid burnout.

  • Solenoid valve fails to shift electrically but shifts with manual override.

  • Solenoid valve fails to shift electrically or with manual override.

  • Valve shifts but fails to return.

  • Excessive leaking from air-valve vent.
