At this year’s show, Quattroflow will be introducing new product developments and pump sizes that will enable customers to find exactly the right pump for their application. In addition, Quattroflow will also be showcasing its market-leading quaternary diaphragm pumps. Available in single- and multiple-use variations, Quattroflow quaternary diaphragm pumps have been designed to enhance the reliability, accuracy, cleanability and safety in critical applications throughout the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.
Specifically, Quattroflow will be featuring its QF4400HT pump at the show. The QF4400HT is the ideal solution for a wide variety of biotech applications thanks to its high turndown ratio and accuracy in controlling flow rates. Available in single- and multiple-use variations, the QF4400HT incorporates a significant space-saving design: the pump chamber, pump drive, motor and control box are all integrated into one unit. The compact design and smaller footprint is ideal for applications that require a smaller pump that offers a wide flow range – from 50–5,000 lph (.22-22 gpm).
Quattroflow will also be displaying its QF1200HT pump (compact version). The QF1200HT features a high turndown ration (200:1) and accuracy in controlling flow rates, which makes it ideal for numerous pharmaceutical and biotech applications. These pumps include all of the same innovative features and benefits as the QF1200 pump with an innovative space saving design by integrating the pump chamber, pump drive, motor and control box into one unit. This allows for a more compact design and a smaller footprint.
Additionally, the Quattroflow EZ-Set Pump Chamber Replacing System will be on display. Incorporating a new pressure plate, the EZ-Set provides users the ability to replace a single-use pump chamber in 30 seconds by hand without the use of special tools or torque wrenches. It’s quick, it’s easy, and it’s safe. The comfortable handgrip design of the EZ-Set makes replacing the pump chamber so easy you can do it even while wearing rubber gloves. EZ-Set also reduces downtime between batches.
