Mouvex H-FLO Series Seal-Less Pumps for Hygienic Applications

Mouvex® H-FLO Seal-Less Eccentric Disc pumps are precision-engineered for superior product recovery and uncompromising performance in hygienic and sanitary applications.

A unique alternative to typical pump configurations, H-FLO Seal-Less Eccentric Disc pumps are designed without mechanical seals, magnetic drives or bushings. They offer up to 90% product recovery because they deliver high suction and discharge pressures, which also enable self-priming dry-run capabilities.

Mouvex H-FLO Series pumps maximize product recovery with full drainability, maintain product integrity with consistent, gentle, low-shear flow, and minimize contamination risks with clean-in-place (CIP) and sterilize-in-place (SIP) capabilities.

Mouvex H-FLO Series easy clean system

Easy Clean System

Specifically designed to improve CIP operations, H-FLO Series pumps can be equipped with the Mouvex Easy Clean System (ECS) that incorporates a CIP bypass directly into the pump, eliminating the need for an external CIP bypass. The ECS also eliminates the need for an additional power source because the compressed air and solenoid valve used for ordinary CIP bypass can power the ECS.

For hygienic and sanitary applications where maintaining temperature control is critical, Mouvex H-FLO Series pumps can be designed with an optional heating jacket.
