The engineering team at Wilden thought of this when they redesigned our bolted metal pumps, giving the manifolds a flat level edge so that the pumps can easily be laid on their side for maintenance. Easily maneuver your Wilden bolted metal pump to work on it quickly, safely, efficiently and get back into production.
To cut costs, other AODD manufacturers use aluminum, PTFE-coated aluminum or plastic for the center sections of their stainless-steel pumps. During a diaphragm rupture, if the product gets into the center section, it has the potential to corrode and destroy the pump, cause product contamination and create a safety hazard.
We take chemical compatibility seriously. When applications require it, Wilden provides a stainless-steel threaded or flanged bolted pump that has all stainless-steel components, including the air chamber and air distribution system. Reduce the wasted product, save on maintenance and cleanup cost and eliminate safety hazards with a chemically compatible pump.
