Pro-Flo™ Troubleshooting Guide
Pump will not run or runs slowly
Ensure that the air inlet pressure is at least 5 psig (0.35 Bar) above startup pressure and that the differential pressure (the difference between air inlet and liquid discharge pressures) is not less than 10psig (.7 Bar).
Check air inlet filter for debris (see recommended installation).
Check for extreme air leakage (blow by) which would....

How to Read a Flow Curve
Performance Curves
For optimum life and performance, pumps should be specified so that daily operation parameters will fall in the middle of the pump performance curve. Wilden publishes multiple performance curves for most metal and plastic pump models. These performance curves are unique due to the different stroke lengths of the diaphragm assemblies. The four classifications for most are: 1)....

Figure 1:
Air supply is directed to the left air chamber behind diaphragm A. Diaphragm A is driven by compressed air away from the center section and toward the liquid chamber. The opposite diaphragm (diaphragm B) is pulled in by the common shaft. Diaphragm B is now on its suction stroke while diaphragm A is on its discharge stroke. The movement of....
