Wilden is a subsidiary of Dover Corp., a Fortune 500 firm. Buskirk has over 20 years of experience in pump manufacturing and operations management. Buskirk has implemented numerous components within Wilden's operations department making it one the most 'lean' manufacturing facilities within Dover. |
ROCKY JENSEN |
Rocky Jensen is the Director of Operations for Wilden Pump & Engineering, LLC. Jensen has over 25 years of experience in pump manufacturing and operations management. Jensen has implemented numerous components within Wilden's operations making it one the most 'lean' manufacturing facilities within Dover. Rocky has an extensive working knowledge of manufacturing systems. These systems would include but not limited to, assembly, machining, plastic injection molding, rubber molding, PTFE forming and quality control. Through time these footprints have undergone many changes due gains in technology and continuous improvement efforts. Rocky has launched many LEAN initiatives over the course of 16 years making Wilden Pump one of the LEANEST companies in the pump manufacturing world. Rocky has developed training materials and methods to best convey LEAN manufacturing principles to the workforce. These methods lead to acceptance and early adoption of such principles. Today, Wilden has an entire workforce of self actuated, continuous improvement driving employees. Rocky has also established Pilots and Proof of concept protocol reducing risk while creating a high return on efforts. Jensen also holds an A.A. degree for Machinist Technology SBVC, a LEAN Mastery Certification from CSUSB and an ISO9000 Perry Johnson RAB/QSA Certificate.

Daniel Anderson is the Finance Director for Wilden Pump & Engineering and Griswold Pump. Daniel has 10 years of finance experience in manufacturing and has spent the last 4 years with Wilden Pump in various roles in the Finance Deptartment. Daniel has B.S in Finance from Sonoma State University. |
GREG DUNCAN |
Greg Duncan is the Director of Engineering and Technical Support for Wilden Pump & Engineering. In 19 years at Wilden, Greg is recognized as the principal designer of Wilden’s top-selling Pro-Flo Air Distribution System (ADS). He was the lead engineer for previous project design teams developing High-Pressure, Bolted Metal and Sanitary pump lines, as well as Accu-Flo and Lube-Free ADS’. Greg has received a number of patents for his designs while at Wilden. Duncan is a native of Louisville, Kentucky and a graduate of Vanderbilt University. Greg received his BSME in 1991. |
SUAN ELIZARRARAS |
SuAn Elizarraras began her career with Wilden Pump as a purchasing clerk and she worked her way through various positions to currently serve as Director of Inventory/Logistics. Prior to joining Wilden she worked at another pump manufacturing company which gives her more than 25 years experience in the industry. Mrs. Elizarraras has a CPM from the University of California, Riverside and holds both CPIM and CSCP certification from APICS. She is currently working on her Bachelor’s degree and intends to obtain an MBA as well. |
