Abaque® Series peristaltic hose pumps are manufactured and shipped from the Pump Solutions Group (PSG®) facility in Auxerre, France. Abaque Series pumps feature a seal-less design that eliminates leaks and product contamination, and have the ability to run dry continuously without adversely affecting the pump’s performance.
Hoses are available in the following materials:
- Natural rubber (ideal for use with diluted acids and alcohols)
- Buna-N (highly wear resistant to oily products)
- EPDM (high chemical resistance when handling concentrated acids, alcohols and ketone)
Abaque Features
- Self-priming
- Can run in forward or reverse
- Suction-lift capabilities to 25.5 feet (9 meters)
- Discharge pressures to 232 psi (16 bar)
- Handles water-like viscosities as high as 352,000 SSU (70,000 cSt)
- Transfers solid particles from 0.06 to 0.71 inches (1.5 to 18 mm)
- Moves soft particle sizes from 0.06 to 1.22 inches (1.5 to 31 mm)
- All pumps handle temperatures from 32°F to 158°F (0°C to 70°C)
- EPDM hose handles temperatures to 176°F (80°C)
