Industrial Pumps

Used for general transfer duty, this pump line is available in port sizes from 1 inch to 4 inch, flows from 3 gpm to 510 gpm, temperatures to 300ºF, and relief valve pressures to 125 psi. Only the XF1A & XF1PA are available for mounting to a C-Face motor.

GX Pumps

This configuration allows for easy base fabrication in the field as only one coupling set and guard is required. Used for general transfer duty, this pump line is available in four sizes with port sizes from 2 to 4 inch, flows from 5 to 510 gpm, temperatures to 300°F, and relief valve pressures to 125 psi.

SNP Pumps

This pump is used where high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, and/or shaft sealing requirements dictate a sleeve bearing pump are used. Used for many different materials and applications, this pump line is available 5 sizes with port sizes from 1-½ inch to 4 inch, flows from 3 gpm to 512 gpm, temperatures to 500°F and relief valve pressures to 200 psi (the MLN4 could be included in this line as well). Heating jackets are available if required to protect the pump bearings and seal from cold start up when used on high viscosity products.

SNP Pumps

This pump is used where the chemical resistance of stainless steel is required. Used for many different materials and applications, this pump line is available 5 sizes with port sizes from 1-¼ inch to 3 inch, flows from 3 gpm to 265 gpm, temperatures to 500ºF and relief valve pressures to 150. Heating jackets are available if required to protect the pump bearings and seal from cold start up when used on high viscosity products.

XL Pumps

This pump is used in industrial process and transfer applications where durability and repairability are required. With replaceable end discs and liner, this pump can be renewed to like new condition without removing the pump casing from the piping system. This pump line is available with port sizes from 1-¼ to 4 inch, temperatures to 300ºF, flows from 3 gpm to 346 gpm, and relief valve pressures to 150 psi. Only the XRLF1-¼A, XLF1-¼A & XLF1-½A are available for mounting to a C-Face motor.

This pump is used in industrial process and transfer applications where abrasive materials are present in the fluid. With replaceable end discs and liner, this pump can be renewed to like new condition without removing the pump casing from the piping system. Various hard mechanical seal components are available for shaft sealing. This pump line is available with port sizes from 1-¼ to 4 inch (MLXW4 pump), temperatures to 300ºF, flows from 3 gpm to 280 gpm, and relief valve pressures to 150 psi.

This product line is UL listed for use in propane and NH3 service. With replaceable end discs and liner, this pump can be renewed to like new condition without removing the pump casing from the piping system. This pump line is available with port sizes from 1¼ to 4 inch, flows from 3 gpm to 260 gpm, and relief valve pressures at 150 psi (the relief valve on this model line is not adjustable on the 2, 3 & 4 inch pumps). All motor speed pumps are available for mounting to a C-Face motor.

Only two pump models are offered under this nomenclature. These are low flow propane pumps without liners, used most often to fill small propane cylinders for grills and campers. This pump features a duel acting relief valve that returns excess flow to tank (when cylinder is full) as the first stage or internally within the pump if the return to tank line is disabled. Flow rates of 3 to 15 gpm with 1 inch NPT ports

The workhorse of the Mobile Equipment offering, this model pump is used most often in truck applications. While similar to the Industrial X model pumps, this product line has many different options that make the pump as versatile as possible to handle the diversity of fluids encountered by fleet tank trucks. This pump line is available with port sizes from 1-½ to 4 inch, flows from 5 gpm to 510 gpm, and relief valve pressures to 110. Adapters are available to close mount hydraulic motors to the pump.
